Mouton Cadet Blanc reveals fresh yellow fruit, white blossom, citrus fruit.

Taste: Aspect: a glittering straw yellow. Nose: a complex and elegant nose displaying a combination of boxwood, citrus fruit and white blossom aromas. Palate: a full and fruity attack on citrus fruit and white blossom flavours, leading into a mineral finish that strikes a fine balance between roundness and freshness. An elegant wine that leaves a pleasant impression of fruit in the mouth. Menu suggestions: sole in brown butter, grilled salmon, shellfish or white meat. Serving temperature: 10 – 11° C
